Baker’s Crust believes in creating and maintaining a strong sense of community, and we are proud it is part of our culture. Our Community Night Program allows our restaurants to raise funds for local organizations, making an impact in their immediate community.
A BC Community Night takes place at your neighborhood Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen on a mutually agreed upon day or several days. Baker's Crust will donate a percentage of the food and non-alcoholic beverage sales, generated by your organization, back to the organization.
Step 1: Submit a fundraising request form
Step 2: Baker's Crust will review your request and inform you if your request is approved or not approved. Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to your requested date.
Step 3: If your request is approved, your organization should promote the event to your supporters, volunteers, staff, and board members through multiple marketing channels (flyers, email/newsletter, radio, banners, stickers, etc.)
Step 4: On the event day, supporters will dine-in at their neighborhood Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen. We will calculate sales from the event and make a donation to your organization equal to 15% of sales for the event for the time period of the event.
Note: Event Sales are calculated based on sales receipts (excluding alcohol, tax and tip) over that time period. Min. donation is $100. Baker's Crust reserves the right to deny ongoing partnerships if the event results in less than 30 attending diners. A check will be sent to the organization within 30 days of receipt of Event Sales by our corporate office.
