At Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen, we ask the crucial questions to tantalize your tastebuds... How can we roast a perfect tomato? What if we made our own mozzarella? Which bake-time gives the crust of our bread the perfect crunch? You can count on us to serve up a celebration of the best ingredients on every plate. We source from farms here in Virginia...

but we’ll go all the way to Italy to learn how to make a true Neapolitan pizza or New Zealand to source the best grass-fed beef. When we opened our doors 28 years ago, farm-to-table food was a new idea. Since then, we have continued to prepare our menu with inspiring ingredients.
